Kieran Killeen is an associate professor of educational leadership and policy studies at the University of Vermont and co-editor of the book series Research in Education, Fiscal Policy and Practice (Information Age Publishing). He earned a B.A. in government and African studies from St. Lawrence University; and an M.S. in regional science, city and regional planning, an M.S. in education, and a Ph.D. in social and philosophical foundations of education from Cornell.
