For the first time this school year, Florida Atlantic University professor Meredith Mountford assigned her doctoral students to write NEPC-style critiques of reports that have not undergone peer review. This week, NEPC is publishing one of these reviews, doctoral student Dustin Pappas’ critique of a Heritage Foundation report, Focusing on School Safety After Parkland.
