Guy Brandenburg is a retired math teacher from the District of Columbia public schools (1978-2009) and former teacher at ‘First Light’ Saturday Sciences School in D.C. at the Carnegie Academy for Science Education between 2006-2017. He has written extensively about public schooling, math teaching, and related topics.
