Jeremy Singer is a post-doctoral researcher who earned his Ph.D. in educational leadership and policy studies from Wayne State. While completing his doctorate, he was also a Research Assistant for the Detroit Education Research Partnership. He previously taught in the Detroit Public Schools. Dr. Singer is a member of the Education Policy Innovation Collaborative's (EPIC's) team at Michigan State University, studying Michigan’s Partnership Model of School Turnaround.
