Henry Braun

Henry Braun is the Boisi Professor of Education and Public Policy in the Lynch School of Education at Boston College, and the Director of the Center for the Study of Testing, Evaluation and Education Policy.
Braun earned a B.S. (Hon.) in mathematics from McGill University and a Ph.D. in mathematical statistics from Stanford University, and has published broadly in probability, statistics, and educational measurement. He has consulted for a variety of private, public, and governmental organizations. His interests include testing and education policy, large-scale assessment surveys, achievement gaps, value-added modeling, standard setting, and higher education outcomes.
