Gabrielle LaMarr LeMee is a designer/developer on Chalkbeat’s product team. Previously, she was a news applications developer at ProPublica where she redesigned the Election DataBot, an app that compiles and displays campaign activity. She began her career as an information designer, making confusing financial and health insurance information easier for consumers to understand. Gabrielle has a bachelor’s degree in communication design from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s degree in information design and visualization from Northeastern University.
